About Sunray Fertility

Tracy joined Sunray Fertility as a Paralegal in 2023, bringing with her a strong background in medical malpractice and education law. A graduate of St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY, she is passionate about helping families navigate the legal process with care, clarity, and compassion. At Sunray Fertility, Tracy plays a critical role in supporting intended parents, surrogates, and donors throughout the legal journey. She prepares and files court pleadings to establish parental rights through Pre-Birth Orders (PBOs), handles post-birth processes such as pregnancy confirmations and parentage orders, and assists with other family-building matters including step-parent adoptions and embryo donation agreements. Tracy ensures that all filings are accurate, timely, and tailored to each state’s unique legal requirements, helping families feel supported and secure every step of the way. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with her family and children. She loves skiing, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors, finding peace and joy in nature and embracing the beauty it offers.
