Xandra Ubando holds an Associate Degree in Tourism Management from Jocson College in the Philippines. During her academic journey in Tourism Management, she underwent extensive on-the-job training across diverse sectors, including hotels, travel agencies, and airport services.

In 2015, Xandra made a career transition and became an English as a Second Language teacher for Japanese students. Her specialized expertise includes Neutral Accent Training, Business English, and special English courses. Leveraging her background in Tourism Management, she also served as a tour guide for her Japanese students.

Since 2017, Xandra has been actively expanding her professional profile, taking on roles as a Customer Service Representative for American companies across various industries such as telecommunications, food services, fitness, and insurance. In 2022, she achieved a pivotal milestone in her career by attaining the position of Operations Manager at an outsourcing company in the Philippines. In this role, she effectively managed teams based in the Philippines, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse insurance agencies located in the United States.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Xandra indulges her passion for horror, mystery, and thriller movies/documentaries. She also finds creative expression through her love for makeup and cosmetics. Furthermore, she showcases her musical talents by creating cover songs on her various social media platforms.
